training program came to my community named Sweat Hogs and it changed my real estate life forever. It showed me how to
sell houses the
way it should be done. It taught me how to prospect and do listings presentations like a pro, and now I had the confidence that I would be able to sell the houses of my clients.
My plan was to continue to prospect and role play to master the listing presentation. So I blocked time every day to prospect and to work on objection handling techniques. But we didn't stop there.
I worked 60 to 70 hours a week to get more clients and to master the listing and buyers presentations to present to all of my clients.
Bottom line: In the end I was able to start winning against the other top producers in my area.
